DESCRIPTION

The deck of the bridge was replaced in full, panel by panel, mainly at night to allow the bridge to alternately keep 2 or 4 lanes open 24/7.

Prefabricated concrete has the advantage of being quick to install and allows for the faster opening of lanes in addition to meeting safety criteria and having a life expectancy of 75 years.
