Description

The owner had decided to use the total precast concept of prefabrication because the production of prefabricated components during the permitting and/or site preparation process saves time, resulting in rapid and efficient construction regardless of weather conditions. After only twelve months of construction, the building was handed over to the Condominium Syndicate, which allowed the builder to recover his money and start building another one.

Concrete construction (soundproofing), lifts (accessibility), well-designed green spaces (courtyard), a private inner courtyard, safe bike spaces and indoor parking (ease of access) are amongst the most “sought-after” elements in the neighborhood.
