DESCRIPTION
Hotel with 124 luxurious rooms spread over 17 floors. The building has 4 levels of underground parking accessible by hydraulic hoist. There is also a swimming pool on the mezzanine and a restaurant spanning 2 floors.
A precast concrete wall with wood and natural stone imitation was chosen to enhance the design of this sumptuous project.
The prefabricated panels were an economical and efficient choice for installation on a construction site surrounded by two large streets.
The logistics surrounding the installation of the panels for the project were very difficult to organize since the construction site had to deal with a large volume of traffic of all kinds. Despite limited space and a strict schedule, the installation of the 270 panels was completed in just 40 working days.
