INSULATED SANDWICH PANEL USING CARBONCAST

Using the C-GRID® Carbon Fiber Grid as a shear connector between the inner and outer layers of the two concrete layers of a panel, CarbonCast’s high-performance insulated wall panels provide an exterior wall panel with complete composite action and continuous insulation without any thermal bridge (video credit: Eagle Builders).CarbonCast High Performance insulated wall panels are made up of two layers of concrete separated by continuous insulation. Thanks to low thermal conductivity, high-strength C-GRID® connectors help provide a panel with insulation values up to R-37 depending on the thickness and type of insulation.
